Overview of Day Of Defeat

Day Of Defeat: The goal of the game is to capture all control points on the map, destroy all enemy objectives, or perform a combination of these. Upon joining the game, players choose between two warring factions: the Wehrmacht and the Allies, as well as six classes. Each team has a fixed spawn zone, where players respawn after death. In the event of a fatality, each player becomes part of a Reinforcement Fleet, from which they can observe the battle but cannot influence its outcome. The first player killed initiates a reinforcement timer. All other killed players are assigned to this timer and, after it expires, simultaneously return to the battle.
